- If the product doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll consult our production team to investigate. A revised seat cover will be crafted and sent to resolve the issue.
- Replacements are only provided for fitting issues. No changes to style or color will be made. The replacement will match your original order specifications.
- After the replacement is issued, we’ll verify the fit based on the product description. If it fits as intended, the case will be considered resolved.
- If the replacement is still unsatisfactory, a refund will be issued according to our policy.
We reserve the right to send replacements for improper fitting claims. Additional images may be requested for evaluation. Claims are typically addressed within five business days. If further production investigation is needed, this process may take up to seven days as we may update templates or contact vehicle manufacturers for verification.
What If I Dislike the Style or the Color?
As all seat covers are custom-made to match your car’s specifications, claims based on dislike of style or color are not covered under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Incorrect Order Details
